Do you use a camera on every job?

We use cameras when they add value: confirming a clear line, locating breaks/roots, or documenting a recurring issue. Simple clogs may not need it, but we bring a camera to every visit.

How fast can you get here?

Can you clear roots/grease or just simple clogs?

Yes. We handle heavy grease, root intrusion, and main-line backups using jetting, snaking, and descaling as needed. We match the equipment to the problem.

We serve homes, brownstones, condos, small multi-unit buildings, and light commercial (offices, cafes, restaurants, retail, small facilities).

What should I do before you arrive?

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and approved electronic payments (e.g., Zelle).

Is there a guarantee?

We offer a limited guarantee on the serviced line for a set period (commonly 7–60 days depending on the job). It doesn’t cover hidden defects, collapsed pipes, or new blockages beyond the serviced area.

Are there limits to what you’ll clear?

We service accessible sections. Hidden defects, collapsed pipes, or inaccessible areas may need additional work beyond a standard clearing.

Do you charge sales tax?
